Privacy notice

What we keep about you

• Your account: name, email, a hash of your password, your two-factor settings, linked Discord or Google accounts, and display settings.
• Sign-ins: the browser and the network (not the full address) of devices you confirmed, so we can recognise them and warn you about new ones.
• Billing: your orders, and the billing details you enter (name, address, country, VAT ID).
• Support: your tickets and the screenshots you add.
• Activity log: security events and changes, to investigate abuse and mistakes.

Your players' data

When you link a server to a hosted panel, the panel keeps a copy of your plugin's data: player names and UUIDs, punishments, reports, sessions and, if you share them, IP addresses (the plugin can send hashed codes instead). We process that data only for you, as your processor, and never use it for anything else.
