Who we are

Your account

• One account works for the store, every product's web panel and support.
• Keep your sign-in details to yourself. New devices are confirmed with a code before they can sign in.
• You can be invited to someone else's server panel without buying anything.

Plugins

Plugins downloaded here are free to use. Avesban is licensed under the GPL-3.0; its source code is available.

Hosted panels and subscriptions

• Every server is its own subscription, billed monthly or yearly from the day you add it.
• Discounts depend on how many paid servers your network has; they are worked out again at each renewal, and the renewal reminder shows the new price.
• If a renewal isn't paid, the server's panel stays readable for 3 days, then pauses. Nothing is deleted while it is paused; paying again brings it back up to date.
• You can cancel a server at any time; it stays usable until the end of the paid period.
• Founder spots are free and limited (one server, no commands from the panel, no Discord webhooks or push, 30 days of history). We may end the founder tier with at least 30 days' notice.

Fair use

Don't use the services to break the law, to attack others, or to overload them on purpose. We may pause accounts that do.

Your data and your players' data

The panel stores a copy of your plugin's data, including your players' names and, if you choose to share them, IP addresses. We handle that data on your behalf; see the privacy notice.
